OUR PASTORS

Pastor Bryan Rambler, known to most as "Pastor B," was born into the things of God. His father preached, his grandfather preached, and from the time he was a child he was right there in the middle of it, singing, playing, worshipping, and watching God move. Traveling to tent revivals across the country with his family gave him a front row seat to genuine Holy Ghost revival, and that fire never left him. What you experience when Pastor B preaches is not something he learned in a classroom. It was forged in the presence of God over a lifetime of ministry.
Pastor Bryan has been ordained by City Harvest Network for nearly two decades, and he and Jasmine carry the spiritual covering of Pastor Ted Shuttlesworth Sr. We believe every pastor needs covering, and Triumphant Church is grateful to be connected to a legacy of faith, fire, and integrity. Before planting Triumphant Church,
Pastor Bryan served alongside his father in PA as well as Pastor Bailey here in Bradenton as Associate Pastor and Worship leader. He still travels and ministers, but Bradenton is home and Triumphant Church is where his heart is planted. In 2024 the Lord gave Bryan and Jasmine the vision for Triumphant Church, and in 2025 that vision became reality.
Pastor Jasmine Rambler is a gift to this house. As Kids Pastor and teacher, she carries a deep anointing for the next generation and leads Triumphant Kids with the same passion and fire you find in the main service. She is not just Bryan's wife. She is a minister in her own right, called and consecrated to raise up children who know the power of the Holy Ghost.
Pastor Bryan and Jasmine are blessed with five children, two boys and three girls, and ministry is truly a family affair at Triumphant Church. Every one of their children serves in some capacity in this house, not because they have to, but because they consider it a privilege to serve God's people. That spirit of service runs deep in the Rambler family, and it shows every single week. Together, this family is fully committed to seeing souls saved and the supernatural power of Pentecost manifested in every service.
Our Doctrine
WHAT WE BELIEVE
About God
We believe in one true and living God, the Creator of heaven and earth. God has revealed Himself as Father in creation, Son in redemption, and Holy Ghost in regeneration. God is eternal, holy, all-powerful, and actively involved in the lives of humanity.
Genesis 1; Deuteronomy 6:4; Isaiah 45:21
About Salvation
We believe salvation is the gift of God, received by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, experienced through repentance, water baptism in Jesus' Name for the remission of sins, and receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost.
John 3:3-5; Acts 2:38-39; Titus 3:5
About Water Baptism
We believe water baptism by full immersion in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ is an essential part of the salvation experience, identifying us with the burial of Christ.
Acts 2:38; Acts 10:48; Colossians 2:11-12
About the Church
We believe the Church is the body of Christ, called to worship God, make disciples, serve people, and demonstrate the power of God. Every believer should be connected to a local church.
Mark 16:17; Colossians 1:18;
Hebrews 10:25
About Communion
We believe Communion is a sacred act of remembrance established by Jesus Christ. Through the bread and cup, we honor His broken body and shed blood while reflecting on His sacrifice.
Luke 22:19-20; 1 Corinthians 11:23-29
About Civil Government
We believe civil government is ordained by God for order and justice. As believers, we are called to honor lawful authority, pray for leaders, and pursue justice in our communities.
Romans 13:1; Micah 6:8
About Jesus Christ
We believe Jesus Christ is God manifested in the flesh, fully God and fully man. Born of a virgin, He lived a sinless life, died on the cross for the sins of the world, rose again on the third day, ascended into heaven, and will return again as King of Kings.
Isaiah 9:6; Acts 4:12; Colossians 2:9
About the Bible
We believe the Bible, both Old and New Testaments, is the inspired and infallible Word of God. Scripture is our final authority for faith, doctrine, and daily living.
2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:20-21
About the Baptism of the Holy Ghost
We believe the baptism of the Holy Ghost is a promise for all believers, empowering them to live victoriously and operate in the gifts of the Spirit. The initial evidence is speaking in other tongues.
Joel 2:28; Acts 2:4; Acts 19:6
About the Great Commission
We believe the Gospel is the good news that Jesus Christ died, was buried, and rose again. Jesus commissioned the Church to take this message to the world and make disciples of all nations.
Matthew 28:18-20; 1 Corinthians 15:1-4
About Holiness
We believe believers are called to live holy and separated lives that honor God, not about legalism, but about becoming more like Christ through the power of the Holy Ghost.
Romans 12:1-2; Hebrews 12:14
About the Return of Jesus Christ
We believe Jesus Christ will return again in bodily form. This blessed hope motivates us to live faithfully, urgently, and expectantly as we await His return.
1 Thessalonians 4:13-18; Titus 2:13
About the Holy Ghost
We believe the Holy Ghost is the active presence and power of God working in believers today. The baptism of the Holy Ghost is available to all believers and is accompanied by the initial evidence of speaking in other tongues.
John 14:16-17; Acts 1:8; Acts 2:4
About Repentance
We believe repentance is essential to salvation, a genuine turning away from sin and turning toward God. Through repentance, we receive forgiveness and begin a transformed life in Christ.
Luke 13:3; Acts 2:38; 1 John 1:9
About the Gifts of the Holy Ghost
We believe the gifts of the Holy Ghost are active and available to the Church today. God distributes these gifts — including prophecy, healing, tongues, interpretation, wisdom, knowledge, faith, miracles, and discerning of spirits, as He wills, to equip believers for ministry and to build up the body of Christ.
1 Corinthians 12:4-11; Romans 12:6-8; Ephesians 4:11-12
About Divine Healing
We believe healing was provided through the finished work of Jesus Christ and is available today. God still heals physically, emotionally, and spiritually through prayer, faith, and the Holy Ghost.
Isaiah 53:5; James 5:14-16
About Generosity & Tithing
We believe generosity is a biblical principle and act of worship. Tithing, returning the first tenth to God through the local church, is God's plan to support ministry and advance His Kingdom.
Malachi 3:10-12; Luke 6:38
