INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you fill out our Plan Your Visit form on Facebook or Instagram, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and how you heard about us.

HOW WE USE IT

We use your information only to follow up with you about visiting Triumphant Church. We may contact you by email, text message, or phone call.

HOW WE STORE IT

Your information is sent through Make to our Google Sheets and our email tool, where only church staff can see it.

WE NEVER SELL YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

SMS / TEXT MESSAGING

If you provide a mobile number on our Plan Your Visit form, we may send you text messages about visiting Triumphant Church, as described in our SMS Terms (https://www.triumphantfl.com/sms-terms).

We will not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or consent to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We use your number only to send the church messages you requested (and any follow-up texts about your visit).

You can stop texts anytime by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or email hello@triumphantfl.com.

OPTING OUT

You can stop hearing from us anytime. Reply STOP to any text message, or email us at hello@triumphantfl.com and we will remove you.

SMS TERMS & CONDITIONS

Triumphant Church ("we," "us") offers a text messaging program called Triumphant Church Guest Texts. These terms explain how that program works.

THE PROGRAM

When you submit our Plan Your Visit form on Facebook or Instagram, you may receive a welcome text and occasional follow-up texts about your first visit to Triumphant Church. These messages help us greet you, share service times, and answer questions about visiting.

MESSAGE FREQUENCY

Message frequency varies. Guests typically receive about 1–4 messages around the time of their visit.

MESSAGE AND DATA RATES

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

OPTING OUT

You can cancel anytime. Reply STOP to any text message from us to stop receiving texts. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message, and then no further texts from this program.

CONSENT

Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of visiting Triumphant Church, attending a service, or receiving any other church service or benefit.
